• 1.What’s the MOQ for gas cylinder please?

  Normally 200pcs, for small cylinder like 0.6L, 0.95L setc, MOQ 1000pcs.

• 2.How is the package for gas cylinder please?

  Small cylinder package with nylon, custom-made carton and pallet; big size cylinder like 40L 50L 80L, package only with pallet or bulk loaded as request.

• 3.What kind of gas cylinder you can offer please?

  Aluminum gas cylinder 166.6bar/200bar/300bar, steel gas cylinder 200bar/150bar/300bar/500bar, CNG gas cylinder, disposable steel or aluminum gas cylinder, LPG tanks, custom-made tanks.

• 4.What kind of custom-made service you can offer please?

  Silk-paint with client logo on cylinder body, custom-made sleeve wrap for small cylinders, OEM package, color as request;

• 5.What material you used for gas cylinder please?

  AA6061 for aluminum cylinder; 37Mn, 34CrMo4, 30CrMo, Q235B steel etc.

• 6.What kind of standard you can offer for gas cylinder please?

  ISO7866, DOT3AL, DOT3AA, ISO9809, ISO11118 etc

• 7.How I know my gas cylinder meet the standard and is a qualified product please?

  There will have a set of test report from raw material to end products for each gas cylinder, or you can inspect the cylinder stamping contact for confirm, there would have the third part stamped for approved by TUV or arrowhead or other authorized company.

• 8.How is the life span of gas cylinder please?

  Normally is 10-15 years. While different country have different policy for high pressure gas cylinders; client need use gas cylinder under each country’s rules and inspect them based on gas cylinder’s regulation. Safe use is always the important and very first thing.

• 9.What is lead time for gas cylinder please?

  35-45 days, if have holiday during mass production, lead time would be longer to 55 days or based on the background situation.

• 10.What is the payment terms please?

  30% deposit before mass production and 70% balance payment before ship.
